I am a licensed K-12 special education teacher with a Master's degree in Special Education and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Utah. I have extensive experience supporting children and teens with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, and emotional and behavioral challenges, including severe behaviors and aggression. I have completed all coursework toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and use strengths-based, evidence-based approaches to build communication, independence, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. I believe in meeting each child where they are and creating a safe, supportive environment where they can thrive. I enjoy partnering with families to provide compassionate, individualized care, academic support, behavior coaching, and skill-building that helps children gain confidence and reach their fullest potential.
