About Ashlyn

Hi families! My name is Ashlyn, and I have over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. My background includes being a preschool teacher, volleyball coach, nanny, and household manager, so I'm very comfortable balancing childcare, structure, creativity, and the day-to-day needs of a busy household. I currently work full-time as a nanny/household manager for a wonderful family in Virginia Beach but moving down to Florida at the end of June. I help manage everything from childcare and school routines to meal prep, laundry, organization, errands, transportation, and overnight care when needed. I truly enjoy creating a safe, loving, organized environment where children can thrive. I'm energetic, dependable, patient, and very hands-on. I love staying active with kids through outdoor activities, sports, crafts, learning activities, and imaginative play, while also helping encourage routines, manners, and independence in a positive way.
