Ashlyn was a part-time nanny for my 4-year-old daughter and 1.5-year-old son while our primary nanny took college classes two days per week. While working for us, she would bring her two children and they would all play together. Ashlyn does a great job enforcing household rules and sticking to a routine with the kids! She is responsive while working, follows instructions, and open to asking questions if she needs guidance.
