About Ashlyn

Hello! I am an elementary-education college student, and I am interested in providing care for children throughout the year. I have worked in childcare consistently for over eight years. My experience includes babysitting (8 years), YMCA Summer Camp Counselor in several positions (5 years), and a teacher's lead assistant at a preschool in Colorado Springs (2 years). I have worked with children ranging from infants to pre-teens. I am a reliable, compassionate, and creative individual, who loves engaging with kids through play. My favorite activities to do with children include arts and crafts, building with Legos, coming up with make-believe games, and playing outside. I am CPR and First-Aid trained, and have been trained in Social-Emotional development practices. I am able to complete additional tasks in addition to childcare, and will provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for your child(ren).
