My name is Ashlyn and I am 25 years old. I've always had a natural pull to healthcare but I wasn't sure where to start. I ended up taking a companion care position for a family friend who's mother suffered from Alzheimer's. I fell absolutely in love with my work and decided to get my CNA. I've been very happy ever since and I would love the opportunity to help you and your loved one. I can work full time hours through the summer but I will be moving out of state in early fall. I like caring for seniors because I know how I want my family to be treated and I provide that same care. I believe there is a lot to learn from those older than myself and I quite enjoy the company! I started caring for seniors when I was about 12 years old. I started with my Grandmother and found I had a knack for it. I went to night classes to earn my CNA so I can do what I love. My skills include personal care/hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.

Ash was a caregiver for my mother with Alzheimer’s until she passed away this month. She was so good to my mom. She is very kind and patient and my mom was always glad she was there even when she didn’t recognize her any more. I would definitely use Ash as a caregiver again.
