About Ashlyn

From an early age, I embraced the caregiver role, a journey shaped by the responsibility of helping to raise my four younger siblings. With my stepdad stationed overseas and my mom dedicating herself to full-time teaching, I naturally stepped up to support my family. Professionally, I expanded my caregiving skills by working as an early childhood teacher for three years. Additionally, I have spent 1. 5 years tutoring young children and teaching Japanese children English. This experience allowed me to develop effective teaching strategies tailored to diverse learning needs, further enriching my ability to support and educate children from various backgrounds. I have dedicated seven years to babysitting and nannying, offering personalized and attentive care to families. My extensive experience includes managing diverse age groups, maintaining routines, and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.
