About Ashley

Hi families! I'm Ashley. I am a licensed therapist with 8+ years of experience caring for children of all ages, both as a nanny and in social work and counseling roles. I'm currently out of my school-year position for the summer and looking for part-time or full-time nannying or babysitting opportunities. I have recent experience with infants, toddlers, and elementary-aged kids. I'm CPR, BLS, First Aid, and crisis intervention certified, with training in child development and play therapy. I am skilled in supporting children through Montessori and other alternative learning and developmental approaches, encouraging independence, curiosity, and hands-on learning. I love creating fun, meaningful activities like park outings, art projects, and creative play. I also have professional experience teaching social-emotional skills to kids and enjoy supporting their growth in positive ways. I look forward to connecting with your family!
