I have been a pet owner forever. I have no professional experience, but I care for animals as if they were my own. My late dog Ellie lived a long life of 17 years and went to heaven this past year. I have chickens that I care for daily and they are such a joy to be around. I have previously cared for livestock such as horses, goats, and pigs in my younger years and have no fears of being around any type of animals.
