About Ashley

I have worked with children my entire life! I enjoy being creative and silly with the children in my care while ensuring their safety. I encourage their development through observation and then planning activities to help them advance to the next stage. During the summer, I enjoy creating "bucket lists" of fun activities to create an engaging and exciting summer full of activities that incorporate fun, community service, education, and adventure. During daily interactions, I encourage good manners, talking about feelings, responsibility for themselves, and maintaining a fun & positive environment full of laughs, hugs, and silliness. I am looking for a family that I can grow and maintain a relationship with in the long run. I enjoy sharing my education & experiences while also learning from the families I work with. I take great pride in my abilities and responsibilities.
