About Ashley

Nurturing young minds is my passion. My journey into childcare began with positive babysitting experiences and a deep desire to positively impact children's lives. With 13 years of experience in childcare I have a fully licensed/ operating Group Family Daycare located in the South Bronx for ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. I implement a patient, calm, creative, and friendly approach to care. I hold a college degree and have completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework. I am also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and providing verbal updates, texts, or calls to parents, based on their preference. I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I'm comfortable caring for one child. Creating a safe and happy environment where children thrive brings me immense joy.
