Hi! My name is Ashley. I am a dedicated and compassionate child care professional with 4 years of experience working with children. I am also a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), which allows me to apply evidence-based behavioral strategies to support children with a variety of developmental needs. I'm all about creating a warm, fun, and safe environment where children entrusted in my care feel encouraged to explore, learn, and build relationships. Whether we're singing songs, reading books, or working through new challenges, I strive to make each day special and full of opportunity. My goal is to nurture each child's natural curiosity, help them develop essential social skills, and ensure they feel valued and understood. I am also CPR & First Aid certified.
