About Ashley

Hi! I'm a 19-year-old girl working hard to save up for a car, help my parents with bills, and eventually go to school. I genuinely love being around kids. There's something so special about their joy, curiosity, and childlikeness that I really connect with. I'd describe my personality as outgoing and full of energy! I like working with kids because they're so full of joy and imagination! I'm looking for a job where I can build meaningful relationships with the kids and families I work with. I started working with kids by volunteering to babysit at my church! In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, read my Bible and journal and I also love being helpful. One thing you should know about me is I'm someone who builds real connections with the kids I watch, and I always try to create a fun, safe, and loving environment. My skills include making kids feel safe, seen, and comfortable around me, and staying calm and patient while keeping things fun and engaging!
