Hi! My name is Ashley and I have 10+ years of experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, energy levels, and temperaments. I've volunteered for over 5 years with a San Diego-based animal rescue (The Cantu Foundation), where I've worked closely with rescue animals, seniors, and pets needing extra patience, structure, or behavioral support. I've also fostered cats through the San Diego Humane Society and have experience caring for a variety of animals, including birds, reptiles, and small pets. I'm experienced with walks, drop-in visits, overnight care, administering oral medications, using harnesses and leashes, and following detailed care instructions. I prioritize safety, routine, and positive reinforcement to ensure every pet feels comfortable, secure, and well cared for.
