About Ashley

Supporting children and families (especially neurodivergent families and complex needs) is one of my greatest professional passions. With nine years of experience, I offer dedicated care for up to two children across all age groups. My approach is patient, calm, and creative, ensuring your kiddos feel supported and engaged. I hold a college degree with a focus on social work, and am currently working on my next degree, and I maintain current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I enjoy facilitating growth through educational games, puzzles, and creative crafts. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping to support your family's routine. I prioritize clear communication, providing updates via your preferred method, whether through daily reports or texts. I always follow your lead when enforcing household rules. I am truly honored to be a positive influence in your children's lives and look forward to becoming a trusted part of your family.
