I worked together with Ashley in the infants and toddlers room at a local church function through care.com. Right off the bat I noticed her experience, I knew she had done this before. She was very attentive and observant with the children. Our first child picked her right away as his safety person where he felt safe and comfortable. She treated all the children as if she was caring for her very own. If I can be honest about myself I have struggled to find safe care for my own child and my first thought was I feel like I could trust my daughter with this person. I do not do that easily. She was careful with important things like feeding and prompt with diaper changes as well. We had a fun play dance party with the littles and it was a great time for all. I would highly recommend her as a responsible safe caregiver for your children.
