About Ashley

I am a certified nail technician and nail educator with a passion for using beauty as a tool for empowerment, education, and career development. Throughout my career, I have facilitated nail workshops in prisons, traditional schools, and alternative school settings, where these programs served both as incentives and as pathways to viable careers. My work is rooted in creating opportunities for individuals to build skills, confidence, and independence through hands on learning. In addition to my work in the beauty industry, I have an extensive background working with children, including children on the autism spectrum. I have served as a childcare counselor and as a paraprofessional, supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. This experience has strengthened my ability to teach with patience, adaptability, and compassion, allowing me to meet individuals where they are and help them reach their full potential.
