About Ashley

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me as a caregiver. For the past six years, I've been dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, while also providing peace of mind for their families. My experience as a DSP, then a job coach, then a community habilitation worker has equipped me to handle a variety of situations with confidence. I offer respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands and shopping. I am patient, compassionate, and strive to build connections with those I care for by understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate regularly with families via text or phone call, always respecting their preferred method. I am also experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. Ultimately, I hope to bring comfort and joy to your loved one's day, as I believe everyone deserves to feel supported and valued.
