With 10 years of experience, I hold a graduate degree and specialize in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504). I believe that every student thrives when provided with personalized support that fosters a genuine love for learning. By actively listening and using diverse tools like visual aids and hands-on activities, I tailor my approach to your unique needs. I keep students engaged by connecting complex concepts to their personal interests and celebrating every small success. Clear, consistent communication with families is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill is the most rewarding part of my work.
