Although we didn’t meet/find Ashley through care, she has been the best fitting Nanny for us thus far. My kids don’t need a full-time nanny as I work from home most of the time, but Ashley has always treated our kids as if they were her own siblings. Whenever we needed, she was available to take care of the kids, whether it was 8 AM in the morning or 8 PM at night. She plays with them, but also enforces rules drawing a clear line between parent and nanny which I really appreciated. My kids light up whenever they hear she will be coming around and love her.
