About Ashley

My name is Ashley, and I'm currently a daycare teacher with about a year of hands-on childcare experience, along with previous babysitting experience caring for children ages 1-11. I'm passionate about creating a safe, loving, and positive environment where children feel comfortable, cared for, and supported. My Christian faith is very important to me, and I try to reflect kindness, compassion, and respect in the way I care for others. I also serve in the children's ministry at my church, which has helped me grow even more in working with children. I always do my best to follow the parents' lead when it comes to routines, rules, schedules, and parenting styles because I understand how important consistency and trust are for families. Along with childcare, I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, meal/snack prep, children's chores, and errands if needed. I'd love the opportunity to support and care for your family!!
