About Ashley

I like working with kids because it comes naturally to me and I am very passionate about childhood development. I am going to school for pediatric psychology. I'm looking for a job that can allow me to help people. I grew up with a single dad and I want to do what I can for children and parents who may be having a rough time juggling the struggles of life. I started working with kids when I was 14. I have 3 years of babysitting experience and 2 years of live in nanny experience. In my spare time, I like to I love reading as well as riding horses. I also enjoy playing board games with my family. One thing you should know about me is that I may not look like the type of person who would be good with kids but I really am passionate about child care. I am responsible and perfectly capable of taking care of your amazing children. My skills include patience, communication in a way a child can fully understand, and being able to calm a child during a meltdown.
