Ashlee is absolutely incredible. She started caring for my son when he was 7 mos. old. He is now 18 mos. and loves her like she is a part of the family. She spent 6 mos. watching him full time while I was working and we are lucky to still have her help us part time now that I'm home. Ashlee is the full package. She is warm and caring. She has a background in child development. She is super attentive to all safety concerns and responsive to parental requests. She routinely goes above and beyond - crafts, cooking vegetables for my picky eater, helping me with the kitchen when she knows it's been a tough week. I've trusted her to drive my son to different activities and watch my dog and house while we travel. We feel so lucky to have Ashlee in our lives and I know she will bless your family as well.
