About Ashley

I have 30+ years of experience in the child care field and I am a former Medical Assistant. I started working with children at the age of 12 baby-sitting, then at age 16 worked for a large gym facility in the child care/youth care dept. I cared for infants-teens, organized birthday parties, parents night out, arts and crafts, day camps, overnight camp outs, etc.. I also worked through nanny agencies doing private care in families homes. For the past 15 years I have run an in-home childcare business. I believe that open lines of communication between myself and my families works best. Efficiency, organizing, multitasking, dependable, outgoing and loyal are some of my strengths. I love working with children and have excellent references. I continue to be in touch with my former families. They all hold a special place in my heart. My hobbies are hiking, kayaking, gym & spending time with my family.
