Miss Ashley has been part of our family for 2 years now. She has assisted us in many different roles. My husband is military and in and out of town a lot so she comes during the weeknights and helps with meal prep, dishes, cleaning and laundry to allow me to spend time with my son after work and not worry about household chores. She will interact and play with him when I need a break.  She is flexible and can stay longer on certain nights if needed and has also done weekend babysitting for us. We know our son is in good hands with Miss Ashley. She has fun with him and always has activities in mind to keep him entertained without screens. She communicates well with us so that we are on the same page with expectations and timing. We are moving so will miss Miss Ashley but would recommend her to any young family!

Ashley provided in home child care to my very rambunctious and hard-to-wake child for nearly 2 years. She is very dependable and was very flexible with our needs. Ashley will be missed!

Ashley was great. She showed up early for the job and was friendly and respectful. My girls loved her and said she was awesome. She played with them and made sure they were engaged but also made sure they were not running around crazy late into the evening. I will definitely hire her again. 

Ashley has been with us since my baby was 6 weeks old (my daughter is 7m now). She is is very knowledgeable about babies and very flexible with scheduling as her schedule allows. 

Ashley has been amazing with our kids . She has been on time every time , willing to be flexible and always ready to help whenever needed. Our 2 yr old son who sometimes can be a little difficult,  she managed him very well.

Ashley watched our two kids (almost 3 years old and 15 months) in our home for a week at the last minute. She took time out of her schedule to come meet us the day before which was extremely helpful. Ashley is a great communicator and immediately let us know if anything was going on. She also took the kids out on walks to the park and sent photo updates every day. The kids both bonded with her quickly and she worked with both of them on the skills at their level (talking, numbers, colors, alphabet, etc.). We were very impressed at Ashley's talents working with our kids and appreciated her efforts to help keep our house cleaned up after them. We would definitely recommend Ashley to anyone!

Ashley was hands down the best caretaker ever. My kids loved her. She was always on time, very dependable, and even made time for my kids outside of her care taking hours. My daughter is very picky and attitudinal when it comes to warming up and meeting new people, but she adjusted and adapted to Ashley very quickly. Ashley had to charm her in a way because it doesn't normally work that easy. Ashley was so awesome that she even worked with me on an unbalanced schedule meaning she would even take on call appointments with me. Ashley was great at what she did and I really didn't want to give her up and wish I could have packed her in our bags and brought her with us. Ashley was assigned to pick up our kids from daycare and care for them until we got home and she did that and more. She made sure they was fed, bathed, and even cleaned up everything before she left. That was over the top and unexpected but very appreciated. Ashley grew with my family and even attended birthday parties.

Ashley worked for my family in a nanny-share from August-December of 2022. During this time, Ashley cared for 2 boys- my son and another boy who were both in the age ranges of 8 months-14 months during our time with her. She was very sweet with them, singing songs during diaper changes and showing great patience when they were upset. She genuinely enjoyed playing with them and took them for daily walks. She also kept a daily log so each mom knew how their day went. I would highly recommend Ashley as a nanny. She is caring, patient, and was always punctual. I always felt at ease knowing my young child was with Ashley.

We hired Ashley for about 2 days/week for 3 weeks to bridge the gap between needing care/me going back to work full-time and getting a daycare spot for our 5 month old.  Ashley was fantastic - our son loved spending time with her.  I work from home, so I could hear him talking to her and interacting with her while I was sitting at my desk.  Ashley was always very professional and attentive to my son's needs.  She was also a good communicator and would keep track of our schedule in her phone, which I appreciated.  Her infant experience was very apparent, and I felt comfortable with her taking care of our precious baby almost immediately.  Even though I didn't ask her to, she would also make sure all of the bottles were washed and in the drying rack before she left.  I highly recommend Ashley!  We will definitely be asking for her services again in the future.

Ashley is helping our family out in the evenings with everything from dinner and baths to dishes and laundry. She's been dependable and pleasant, pitching in with whatever needs doing.

Today was our first time leaving our 23 month old with a sitter. Ashley was amazing our daughter warmed right up to her and she even got our picky eater to take a couple bites of food. We will definitely be hiring her again in the future!

This was my first time ever trying a nanny and I would say I love every experience of it I was nervous at first but Ashley made sure all my worries were okay I'm glad to have found someone like her that I can trust to be around our son :)
