Unfortunately, our experience was not positive. We gave multiple opportunities and tried to be understanding, but reliability and communication were ongoing issues. There were repeated instances of being late, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior, including falling asleep while on the job. We were clear about expectations from the beginning and made efforts to be accommodating and supportive, but the pattern did not improve. We ultimately felt that our kindness and flexibility were taken for granted. We would recommend this sitter only if reliability and professionalism are not a priority for your family. She was wonderful with our girls and they adored her so it's truly unfortunate that she couldn't work on these simple qualities for a sitter.
