About Ashley

As a childcare provider with 15 years of experience, I find great joy in supporting families and being a part of children's lives. My passion for caregiving stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to make a positive impact on children's development. I consider myself patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and always follow their preferred method, whether it's through written daily reports or verbal communication at pickup. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time, and I have experience with age groups ranging from infants to preteens (0-11 years old).
