She's very organized and can keep your family on schedule. I never had to worry about safety with Ashley. She is thoughtful and always thinking ahead. She's a great driver too. Ashley has been our weekend sitter for almost two years now for my 2 boys, 7 and 4 years old.  She is energetic, reliable, responsible and always suggesting activities for the boys.  In fact, she is the only babysitter in which I have ever felt comfortable driving my kids.  She loves to cook and bake and leaves my kitchen spotless.  She is a real gem!

We hired Ashley as a nanny for our 3 month old twins. She was a pleasure to work with and great with the babies! She watched the boys weekdays and handled their feeding, naps and playtime. She promoted a safe environment and gave me peace of mind while I was working hours away from home. We would definitely work with her again!

Ashley is great! Always on time and so helpful . She was very patient with my daughter who was having separation anxiety 

Ashley takes care of our 6 year old daughter C., and is wonderful! She is very proactive and is always suggesting new ideas for field trips, activities and crafts. She is excellent at entertaining my active child - playing cards, board games, outdoor sports, swimming in the pool, and crafts. She is very helpful in the kitchen with prep and clean up - easily taking care of meal time. She is always great at making sure our daughter's toys are put away - while always encouraging C. to help her pick-up. Ashley is very easy-going and fun to be around - both for kids and adults. Our family adores her.

Very responsible, mature, fun, and loving with our children. Easily manages 3 children. Would definitely recommend!

Ashley and I exchanged emails/texts and agreed on a date/time for her to meet my son. I was really looking forward to meeting her, as her background was perfect. Unfortunately, we waited for over a hour (on a Sunday) without a call or text. My son was very disappointed (and bored from waiting). She never showed up for the interview. I texted her the next day to let her know that I would be writing this review because I would never want another family's time wasted. I never met Ashley, so I can't comment on her skills as a babysitter. But no-shows/no calls are very good indicators of future reliability - or lack thereof. 

Ashley is a mature responsible care giver. She went above and beyond to make sure my children were happy, safe, and cared for and still feels like a part of our family. She is firm but fair and when she was our nanny, always communicated the days events so I didn't feel like I missed out on any milestone with my infant.  With my older children she was by far their favorite babysitter as she has endless patience and energy to keep up with my rambunctious bunch. I highly recommend her!  You won't find a more reliable person.
