Do not hire her or allow her into your house or you will come back to things being destroyed! When I came back home, she allowed for my kids to do anything they wanted (drawing with markers on garbage can and refrigerator), taking clothes out of all draws, including my bedroom. Kids are kids! You do not allow them to do what they want just so “they don’t cry.” My house was completely turned upside down and destroyed when I came home, to the point that I didnt even know where to start cleaning! This was completely unacceptable! I was in tears! She basically was not watching the kids, as they were doing what they wanted. This is not how babysitting works. She most likely was occupied on her phone, as kids were doing whatever they wanted. And she didn’t even offer to help to clean up. This was all left on me. Never again!
