I was recently taken into the field of Autism with a job offer to do ABA therapy. Applied behavior analysis provides one on one care with autistic individuals, helping them reach and exceed goals in behavior, social and verbal communication. I have been able to implement behavior plans, as well as run goals with clients daily. The teaching is through repetition and reinforcement of desired behaviors. Working with people & children with disabilities is the most rewarding job I could possibly imagine. As I want to be a teacher in the future - helping and teaching people is my passion.
