Ashley has been a great help for us. Not only is she reliable and punctual, but she finds ways to contribute even when not explicitly asked. We appreciate her initiative and thoughtfulness in taking care of our daughter (11 months) and performing related chores. She has developed a tender relationship with our daughter, who smiles whenever Ashley arrives at our house. She has introduced her to playing music and other creative activities, and is always very engaged and attentive. We have also been so pleased and thankful that Ashley has been as risk-averse as us, taking very stringent Covid precautions.
