Im 40 years old, been babysitting since I was 12/13. Recently though I have been doing elderly companionship. I am not a CNA, nor do I have any kind of certification or want to get one. I was a Papa Pal(before I moved to Arkansas). I do not do lifting of clients, bathing/dressing/undressing, or toileting. Those are things they would need to be able to do for themselves. I can help with housework, meals, transportation, pets, exercise and friendship. If you want to know anything at all, just ask.
