About Ashley

Hi, I'm Ashley! I've spent 8 years teaching VBS and Sunday school at my church, helping with youth group, and chaperoning youth trips. I love encouraging kids to use their imaginations through crafts, hands on activities, and play beyond screens! It's so rewarding when a child trusts me, feels comfortable being themselves, and has fun spending time with me. I love becoming someone they look forward to seeing and can count on, both as a caregiver and a friend. I'm looking for a family I can build a close, trusting relationship with through open communication and working together. I'll respect your routines and expectations so you feel confident leaving your kids in my care. I want kids to feel heard and understood. I love listening to their stories, encouraging their ideas, and joining in on whatever they're excited about. I want to be someone who joins in the fun while always being a safe place for them.
