About Ashley

I am a CNA with 6 years of experience. I can help meal preparation, light house cleaning, bathing/dressing, companionship and more. I have experience with Alzheimer's and dementia, COPD, Hospice, Bed bound individuals and those with parkinson's disease. I am a medical school graduate with a lot of understanding on health care and patient/client relations which has helped me become better at my job as a caregiver. I am also a certified personal trainer and have experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, helping them stay physically active and healthy. I would describe myself as kind, outgoing, respectful and compassionate which I believe are all qualities that make me suitable for this job.
