I have experience working with children of all ages, including children with various special needs and autism. Through childcare, lifeguarding, coaching, and tutoring roles, I have supported children with varying abilities, helping them build confidence, independence and soical / behavioral skills. I am certified in CPR / AED, First Aid, Emergency Action Plans (BBP), and I am comfortable assisting with personal care, mobility support, and creating safe, structured environments. I approach children with patience, understanding, and encouragement. I adapt well to individual routines and expectations. I am reliable, observant, and a proactive learner, anticipating support and intervention when needed. As a lifeguard of 3 years I maintain a safe environment with both compassion and hands on care. I believe children of special needs are often underestimated and I hope to give the care and encouragement they need.
