About Ashley

Hi! My name is Ashley. I'm a patient, observant, and nurturing caregiver with experience working with children of different ages and needs, including those on the autism spectrum. I have a background in ABA, which has strengthened my understanding of behavior, communication, and individualized care. I enjoy creating a safe, structured, and loving environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and free to be themselves. In my spare time, I like working out, creating cooking content, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. One thing families should know about me is that I genuinely care. I take time to understand each child, build trust, and ensure they feel safe and supported.
