About Ashley

We are neighbors with Ashley, and when we moved into the neighborhood my daughter was 1, and my son was about to be born. Ashley was always attentive with the kids. She'd include them in playing ball and taught them some things about sport too. I have never seen Ashley get frustrated or lose her temper around my children-- even when my son would run to her, jamming his head into her stomach-- she didn't lose her cool. I have also seen how Ashley cares for animals. Her family has always had a cat and a then a menagerie of additions over the years. Ashley shows them love and kindness like they're a real part of the family. I feel that how a person treats animals is very telling in their personality, and Ashley's compassion is what shines through. As Ashley got older she would watch my, now school aged children, while I ran an errand or went to dinner. Both of my kids never wanted her to go home; she can play on their level, and still have the responsibility to control the environment. Throughout her younger years, she grew up dancing, learning ballet, tap, and more. During those years, she would help with the younger girl's dance classes. She was a great helper, and those little ballerinas looked up to her as well! Ashley is a smart, determined, and kind person that anyone would be lucky to have as their caregiver.
