About Ashley

I am a current high school school special education teacher working for SLPS with a passion for event planning, organization, and community care. I grew up as the second oldest of 11 in a military family so I've been cleaning and caring for kids as long as I can remember. I've earned my bachelors in English and my masters in special education with an emphasis in child psychology. I've been speaking conversational Spanish since I earned my Spanish minor studying abroad in Spain. I am looking to start a part time job that will give me the opportunity to work 1:1 with families to help them organize their lives, encourage their children to flourish (especially those with special needs), and invite more peace of mind into their daily grind. I have very strong organizational, event planning, and communication skills. I am a quick learner and a very independent worker. I hope that I can help be the village that supports someone to building the life of their dreams.
