I'd describe my personality as charismatic, communicative, and dependable. I like tutoring because I enjoy connecting with students and assistjng them in the way they need. I understand that every student has different learning styles and take this into consideration when tutoring. My skills include reading/writing, math, and spanish. I'm looking for a job that allows me to express myself, is very collaborative, and is clear with expectations. I understand that when it comes to hiring tutors or babysitters, it's very one-on-one, so it's helpful to know what parents/employers want out of my time. I started tutoring about 2 years ago through friends and family, but on a professional basis, I recently started tutoring students in February on their reading skills over Zoom. In my spare time, I like to crochet clothing and stuffed animals, color using coloring books, read (my favorite books are the Hunger Games), watch tv shows and movies, and write poems.
