Making a difference in the lives of others is what drives me. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. As a home healthcare provider( previously a CNA), I provide respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I'm also experienced in dementia care, medical management, hospice services, errands, and transportation. I'm compassionate, detail-oriented, and prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and history. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates and written reports. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications ensure I'm prepared for any situation. I approach my work with empathy and professionalism.
