I currently attend Kent State's early childhood education program and have almost 4 years of childcare experience, including being a lead teacher in a preschool classroom for 2 years. I'm looking to transfer to nannying and babysitting in order to continue to gain experience while finishing my college degree. I'm CPR/First Aid certified. I've undergone state certifications and trainings to better my knowledge on child development. I hope to help your children grow while caring for them in the most compassionate way I can!

We hired Ashley in July with an anticipated start date of 9/5. We met Ashley a couple times and communicated via text often. We confirmed a training week the week prior to official start date to get Ashley and my kids familiar. Ashley didn't show up for training week or her official start date. She did not return any communication as to changes in her schedule or plans to nanny for us. We were extremely disappointed. We felt like Ashley was a great hire but she failed to communicate with us and didn't show up to work. I returned to work from maternity leave so it was a huge added stress to find new help a week prior to me being officially back at work. Plans change and that is 100% okay but it's unacceptable to leave a family wondering what is going to happen because you cannot communicate those changes.
