I have been a nanny, babysitter, and family manager for over 10 years, working with kids of all ages ranging from 3 months-12 years old. I am a certified Early Childhood/Special Education teacher (PK-2), working at NAEYC accredited child centers, public and private schools. I received my B. S in Child Development with a minor in American Sign Language and my M. S in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. I am also first aid and CPR certified. My daughter, who takes forever to warm up to people instantly make a new friend!

Ashley saved us when our second child was born and we had no one to stay with our older child. I called her from the hospital and she came straight to our house (in a snowstorm) and stayed overnight with our three year old until we were able to get home the following day. We would re-hire her in an instance!

Ashley was awesome and came the same day that we started messaging. we really needed a date night out and were worried about leaving our daughter with just anyone. 

Our super energetic daughter who hates leaving us, had absolutely no issues with us leaving while she was with Ashley. it was like she connected immediately with our daughter. 

everything was taken care of including dinner! we wanted to come home early enough to put our daughter to sleep for the first time as Ashley was babysitting and she was already asleep! 

I definitely recommend Ashley to anyone who is considering her!

Ashley has been babysitting my children for the last two years. My boys are six and eight years old, and early on they determined that Ashley was their favorite babysitter. Ashley has great communication skills. She reaches out to Confirms dates and times, and is always punctual and pleasant. She takes the initiative immediately, interacting with my kids without waiting for guidance from me. She has an energetic and fun personality who loves to joke and play; she clearly has a love for children. At the same time, she makes her expectations clear and she confidently carries them out. My boys are very comfortable with her and my husband and I have always been very satisfied with the care she provides for them. She has also made herself available to us. Most often, when we seek her out, she is willing to accommodate us. I highly recommend Ashley, as she is exactly what we were looking for in a babysitter. 

I asked Ashley to sit for us for a few hours in the morning. Everything was set to go the day before. Ashley sent a Care.com message in the middle of the night saying something came up and she could no longer watch our child. Obviously a terrible first impression, and I was unable to get child care in the last minute. I will not be using Ashley in the future. 

My family and I hired Ashley to babysit our 3 kiddos one evening, a 6 year old, 5 year old and a 7 month old. The job was posted last minute and she accepted right away! She jumped right in with my kiddos. In the morning, my kids came into my bedroom with a note that was signed by Ashley. She made them feel very special they were thrilled with her and requested her for another time. I would definitely recommend her to your family.

Ashley is a very responsible girl. She watched my 3 children 3 days a week plus some weekend nights. The kids liked her very much. She played with them, took them to the pool. She is very good with kids. She is also very conscientious and called to make sure food choices and movie/ TV appropriate for them and there age. She made the kids pick up after themselves so that they would learn to be more responsible. She was very organized and helped kids figure out scheduled play times.she helped me to enforce my rules to keep kids on track. They still ask about Ashley and want her to come back all the time.

We have known Ashley for about a year now; we met her through the preschool program at the local high school. My son just took to her from the beginning and she is absolutely wonderful with him, and every other child I've seen her interact with. She is patient, friendly, outgoing, reliable, and professional. Ashley is the only person outside of my family whom I trust 100% with my son. She pays attention to his interests, and even surprised him with a coloring book with characters from his favorite movie once when she came to watch him. I feel like Ashley has connected with him on a more personal level. She treats my son like she would a family member, rather than just a child she is watching for a job or just another preschool student. She goes above and beyond, I would highly recommend her!
