I was a nanny/house manager for a year and I handled the entire house. This meant that I was in charge of washing dishes, loading/unloading dishwasher, cleaning floors, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchen and scrubbing out sinks. I was also in charge of laundry. I washed it and dried and sorted/folded. I would be bringing my 3-month-old with me but I promise that bringing her isn't going to affect my cleaning.
