Ashley is a great care provider, she also shows excitement and love while caring for others.

Ashley was employed by me and my husband for 4 years. My two children, now age 7 and 4, have had the privilege to grow up with a third parent during that time.  I simply cannot say enough about Ashley and how much she means to our children and our entire family.
 
Ashley was a full-time nanny and spent 50+ hours a week with my children.  She looked after my children's needs from 8am-6pm, 5 days a week. Ashley didn't just supervise and play with our children .she drove my son to young 5s every day, planned 3 healthy meals a day for them (including dinner for us parents as well), helped my son with his homework, took my daughter to 2 year old preschool once a week to make crafts, set up play dates with other school children and their parents, squeezed in bath time a few times a week, and was always thinking of new things for them to do.  In addition to the child care she provided, she managed the grocery shopping each week, did the children's laundry and performed daily light cleaning tasks that helped us tremendously!
 
Ashley truly treated and still treats my children as if they were her own and shares such a special bond with each individually. Ashley has done so much more than merely supervise our children she has helped raise them with us and has made an impact on who they will become!  
 
Among Ashley's strengths  and there are many  is her punctuality and flexibility.  She was always on time to start off the day and had been very gracious with us when we were late from our long work commutes.  On planned trips, Ashley had watched our children over night as well as multiple days on end. Also Ashley is extremely responsible and has an amazing work ethic.  Out of her 4 years of employment with us, she had called in only one sick day! She even watched my children when they were sick and knew exactly what to do.  Helps when you can't take off work for that fever that tends to pop up with toddlers! This is obviously evidence of our deep trust in Ashley and we look to her as a family member vs. employee.
 
Ashley was more than just child care to us.  We fondly thought of her as our household manager.  She kept our pantry and fridge stocked as she knew what we all liked to eat, she reminded us of important dates for school, and what community events are coming up that the kids would be interested in attending.   She is also very thoughtful, always remembering important dates for our kids and bringing him/her cards, gifts, and notes of encouragement. 
 
We deeply regret that we had to lose Ashley as our nanny, but due to changes in my career, I was able to work from home and have more time to be with my children. I am confident that she will always be a part of our lives as we can't imagine life without her.  
 
I highly recommend you consider Ashley for your nanny.  I know that your children would love her as much as mine have and that you would never be disappointed in her services. 
 

We have used Ashley as our babysitter for many years. Ashley has assisted me with care for my son, who is now 6 years old, since he was 6 months old. She is extremely reliable, consistent, experienced, honest and trustworthy. She knows how to change diapers, make formula, follow his age appropriate diet regimen, do baby exercises, bathe him, read to him, care for boo-boos and manage his daily activities including arranging play dates and school as he got older. She also knows how to cook and clean very well! I am a stay at home mom with a 7 month old baby that Ashley is also so amazing with every time she sees her. She often times stops in to say hello because that is how close we have gotten over the years. One important quality of Ashley's that I must share is that she absolutely loves children and is a natural caregiver and has amazing maternal instincts. 
My children and any children that I have seen with Ashley are always happy to see her which is the biggest indication that she knows how to do her job, and does it well.
