Ashley is attentive and compassionate, kind and gentle to my wild toddler. She has been so thoughtful to understand how best to care for her based on what is important to our family. Highly recommended, she worked for us around 30 hrs. a week for 3 months. Work changes occurred on our end, but would have her full time if we needed!
