About Ashley

I started professionally working with kids in 2019, at a daycare center. I started with knowing nothing about the field but had a willingness to learn. I learned a lot about early childhood development and continue to learn every day. I have 3 years experience as a Nanny/ Mother's Helper working with twins. One thing you should know about me is I try my best to help people have a good day. Whether that is having a cheerful attitude, helping someone complete a task, or understandably waiting. I'd describe my personality as patient, encouraging and creative . Patient with letting children try and solve a problem on their own with guidance, instead of solving it for them. Or answering as many questions as a child has with a calm, understanding behavior. Encouraging children to play, ask their questions and build their confidence in themselves is integral to a child's development. I love using my creativity to creatively resolve an issue or to entertain with a game or activity.
