I've been pet sitting since I was a teenager but it has become a larger part of my life after being laid off in 2023. I decided to lean into the forced break from the rat race and work on myself. I'm no longer riddled with anxiety. I am able to enjoy the moment and save worrying and stress for the moments when those emotions are needed. I come from a cat family and miss having a cat always around. I have cared for many dogs and have learned not to feed them from my plate as that creates little monsters that beg and follow me around all day.
