Ashley was great with my boys (ages 10 and 3). She worked for me 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. She was always on time. She also did some light cooking for me. The only negative I would express is that she has a seasonal job that takes a lot of her time. When she started her seasonal job, there were entire weeks when she could not watch the boys. That was especially hard because she doesn't get her schedule in time to make other arrangements. That being said, I will still contact her in the future for childcare when needed.
