About Ashley

I have hands-on senior caregiving experience from living with and caring for two different grandparents over two separate years. My responsibilities included daily meal preparation, feeding assistance, medication reminders and management, light housekeeping, and companionship. I supported my grandfather through dementia with patience, routine, and calm redirection, always prioritizing safety and dignity. I also helped my grandmother manage diabetes by preparing balanced meals, monitoring routines, and encouraging healthy habits. These experiences taught me empathy, reliability, and attentiveness.
