About Ashley

Becoming a caregiver was a natural path for me, fueled by my deep love and protectiveness for children, especially my six nieces and nephews. I have six years of experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers, and I'm comfortable looking after up to three children at a time. I'm patient, calm, creative, and encouraging, and I truly embrace my inner child. I communicate with parents through daily written reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular texts or calls. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules with a firm but fair approach, explaining cause and effect to help children understand the importance of following directions. I enjoy playing various games with children, including board games, puzzles, and educational activities, and I love engaging in arts and crafts projects. I am comfortable with pets. Ultimately, I strive to create a nurturing and fun environment where children can thrive.
