Ashley was supposed to meet my aunt and myself before we hired her. She was supposed to get a hold of me 30 minutes before to make sure she could still meet. When she was 15 minutes late I messaged her and she said she was running late at work and that she would be there in 15 minutes. She never showed up and didn't return my calls or texts.
